We are pleased to host Dr. Richard B. Gaffin (Emeritus Professor of Biblical and Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA) for our 2015 Reformation Day Conference. The conference starts at 7pm Friday, October 30 and runs through noon on Saturday.
Dr. Gaffin will deliver three lectures on the theme of Pentecost and the Work of the Holy Spirit Today:
1. “Pentecost and the Gospel”
2. “Pentecost and the Gifts of the Spirit”
3. “Pentecost and the Intercession of the Spirit”

There will be no Sunday evening activities (Bible study or youth group) on May 10.
Due to the winter storm warning starting at 6pm tonight (2/22) with significant ice expected, Sunday evening activities for tonight have been canceled.
Faith Presbyterian Church was particularized as a church in 2004. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we created a slideshow showing pictures from 2004 through today.

The session has called the annual congregational meeting for Saturday, February 7 to start at 4pm at the church building. The annual corporation meeting will immediately follow. After the meetings, we’ll have a potluck meal and time of fellowship.
We’ve taken a break from Sunday School and Sunday Evening activities during the holidays, but our regular schedule for Sunday School at 10am and Sunday Evening study and youth group resumes on Sunday, January 11.
The building dedication service will be held during the 5th Sunday joint DFW-area OPCs evening worship, Sunday, November 30, at 6pm at the new building (418 Cashmere, Garland). Bring a snack for the fellowship time to follow.
Starting Sunday, November 2, we will move to our new building (418 Cashmere, Garland).
There will not be Sunday school or fellowship dinner on November 2 as we get settled in to our new space. Our regular Sunday schedule (including Sunday evening activities) will resume on November 9.
Since the restrooms at our new building are under construction this week, there will be no Sunday evening activities on October 26.
